The challenge
Job boards treat people like search filters. Yume wanted the opposite: one mobile product where someone early in their career finds work, courses and events - and gets their CV evaluated - without leaving the app.
That means four products in one, and none of them allowed to feel like a compromise.
The solution
We designed and built the platform end to end. Jobs read like offers, not listings - role, employer, salary and terms on one card. Courses, events and community live one tab away. CV evaluation is a single upload.
Under it: a backend that serves listings fast and an interface tuned for one-handed use, because job hunting happens on the bus, not at a desk.
The outcome
Yume shipped as a complete product - design, engineering and backend from one team, no handoffs. The platform now carries jobs, courses and events for its market in a single app.
