The site at https://www.unyocorp.com is operated by UnyoCorp, Qender, Tirana, Albania (“UnyoCorp”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@unyocorp.com.

You may browse the site, read and share its pages, and contact us through it. You may not:

• copy, scrape or republish its content beyond what fair quotation allows;
• probe, overload or interfere with the site, its forms or the systems behind it;
• use the contact form or our email addresses for unsolicited marketing;
• present any part of the site as your own or as endorsed by us.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is: pages change, and we may take the site down for maintenance or withdraw it without notice.

The text, design, code, marks and images on the site belong to UnyoCorp or are used with permission, and are protected under Albanian Law No. 35/2016 “On Copyright and Related Rights” and international treaties. Client names, logos and product screens in our case studies belong to those clients and appear with their agreement. Typefaces are licensed for this site only.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our written permission, which you can ask for at hello@unyocorp.com.

When you write to us through the contact form, book a call or apply for a role, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in the privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential material, trade secrets or personal data about other people before we have agreed how to protect it. A non-disclosure agreement is part of the paperwork for every project where one is needed.

The site links to other websites and can load content from Calendly, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram when you choose to. Those services have their own terms and policies; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or show.

Descriptions of our services, formats and price bands on the site are for orientation. They are not an offer, and no contract exists until a proposal or statement of work has been agreed and signed by both sides. That document, not this page, sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the work and everything else about an engagement.

Roles listed on the site are open at the time of publication and may close without notice. Applying creates no employment relationship; any offer is made separately and in writing.

To the extent Albanian law allows, we give no warranty that the site is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of it or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute about them or about the site is subject to the courts of Tirana, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
