It depends on scope, which is why we price scope rather than time. A two-week AI Sprint is a fixed 3,000 to 6,000 euros, credited in full against the build. A fixed-scope Product Build usually lands between 15,000 and 45,000 euros, paid 40 / 40 / 20 on milestones. Retainers and pods publish terms, and the number comes with the proposal.

No, never. Every engagement is either fixed scope with a fixed price, or fixed terms for a retainer or a pod. You know the price when you sign, and it does not move unless the scope does.

You do. Everything runs on your accounts (cloud, model providers, data) from the first day, and the intellectual property transfers to you in full on final payment. Nothing is held hostage.

Yes. A non-disclosure agreement is standard before any detailed conversation, and a data processing agreement is part of the paperwork whenever personal data is involved, which most AI projects are.

A working prototype takes two weeks in an AI Sprint. A fixed-scope Product Build ships in four to ten weeks, with a staging environment live from week one and a demo at the end of every two-week sprint, the first inside ten business days of kickoff.
