Privacy policy.

UnyoCorp, Qender, Tirana, Albania (“UnyoCorp”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@unyocorp.com.

This policy applies to the website at https://www.unyocorp.com and to the emails and bookings that start from it. The products we build for clients have their own policies.

Each channel below collects only the data it names, for the purpose stated.

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), your message and, if you used them, the brief chips (project type, budget band, timeline) and the language you wrote in. We use it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare a proposal. The form is delivered to our inbox by email; the website itself keeps no copy.
• Booking a call: the scheduler on our site is provided by Calendly. It loads only after you choose to load it, and from that point Calendly processes your name, email, the time you pick and anything you type into the invite under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking in our calendar.
• Applying for a role: whatever you send to our email address or to the application link a role names (a CV, a portfolio, a message). We use it to assess the application and to reply.
• Email you send us: your address and the content of the message, kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant.
• Server logs: our host records each request (IP address, time, page, browser type, referring page) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are held for a short period and are not joined to any other data about you.
• Usage measurement: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading speed. They set no cookies and build no profile: the data is aggregated, your IP address is discarded, and there is no identifier that follows you to another site.
• Embedded clips: short clips on the homepage come from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Nothing from those platforms loads until you play a clip. When you do, the platform receives your request like any visit to it, and may set its own cookies. YouTube is loaded through its no-cookie domain.

We never sell personal data, never use it for advertising, and never collect more than the channel above needs.

Under Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR, we rely on:

• steps taken at your request before a contract (contact form, bookings, applications);
• our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and in understanding how it is used (server logs, cookieless measurement);
• your consent, for anything a third party loads on your device (the scheduler, the clips).

You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect what happened before.

We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a contract and each processing only what its job requires:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting, server logs, Web Analytics and Speed Insights (United States, with EU edge locations).
• Calendly LLC: call scheduling, once you load the scheduler (United States).
• Our email provider: delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google LLC (Firebase): storage of the site's own content (case studies, journal entries, roles). It holds no data about visitors.
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram: only when you play an embedded clip, as described above.

Where a provider is outside Albania or the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision covering that provider.

Data that is part of a client contract is kept for as long as the law on accounting and contracts requires.

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. What it stores on your device is listed in full below, and the third-party entries appear only after you choose to load that content. You can change that choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
• have your data erased when we no longer need it or when you withdraw consent;
• restrict or object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, including for embedded content.

Write to hello@unyocorp.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Albanian Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (idp.al) or, in the EEA or the UK, to your own supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS only, the contact form is rate limited and checked before anything is sent, and access to our inbox and calendar is protected by two-factor authentication. No method is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

The site is written for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

When the site starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. Material changes are also noted on the page for a month.
