01 — What a pod is
A pod is the smallest unit that can own a product: design, engineering and product leadership working as one team on your roadmap. It is not staff augmentation — you will not interview CVs, approve timesheets or manage individuals. You set the outcomes; the pod owns the how.
The cadence is the same one every UnyoCorp engagement runs on, at permanent scale: two-week sprints, a demo at the end of each, a written Friday update, and a quarterly review where the roadmap is renegotiated against what the product’s numbers actually say.
02 — How it engages
Pods are priced per pod-month and start at a minimum of two quarters — long enough to own a roadmap rather than rent one. After the first quarter, a 30-day out clause applies: if the pod is not visibly compounding, you can stop. In practice the conversation at quarter’s end is about what to build next.
Most pods begin as something smaller. A sprint or a build is how we earn the roadmap.
