AI AGENCIES

The first AI project in a clinic should be boring. Not diagnosis, not triage, nothing that touches a clinical decision: appointment booking, the referral letters, the intake forms, the pile of documents a receptionist retypes into the practice system every afternoon. That is where the hours go, and where an AI system can be tested without anyone's health on the line. The best AI agencies for clinics and healthcare in Europe are the ones that say this on the first call instead of selling you the diagnosis demo.

We wrote this ranking and gave ourselves first place. The argument follows, along with the firms we would point a clinic toward when its problem is bigger than ours. To be direct: UnyoCorp has no clinic on its client list. What it has is a booking platform with published results and a way of building AI systems that reach production, and both transfer.

What best means for clinic AI

  • It reaches production. A prototype that reads sample referral letters is a week's work. A system that reads real ones, files them correctly and hands the ambiguous ones to a person is a different thing. We ranked on systems in use with named clients.
  • It escalates to a human. Every AI system in a clinic needs a route to a person, and the route has to be fast and visible. An agency that treats that as an edge case is not ready for healthcare.
  • The price is fixed before work starts. Clinic budgets are set annually. An open-ended AI engagement does not fit inside one; a fixed sprint with a fixed deliverable does.

1. UnyoCorp (Tirana)

UnyoCorp is an AI-native product engineering studio in Tirana: eight engineers in one room, 130+ projects shipped, work in production in 10+ countries. Its line is that most AI pilots die between demo and production, and that it builds the ones that live.

The booking half of the argument is Enjoy Clean Berlin, a direct-booking platform for a German cleaning-services company: pick a service, see the price, choose a slot, pay, in German and mobile-first. Online bookings rose 60% and bounce rate fell 35% in the first two months, as the client's Clutch-verified review records. A clinic is not a cleaning company, but any business that takes appointments wins or loses on the same flow, and a patient booking a check-up on a phone at eleven at night wants what a Berlin household wanted: the slot, the price, done.

The AI half is the AI Sprint, €3K to €6K fixed for two weeks. The first week audits the documents, the practice system and the process; the second demos a working prototype on sample data, live. You leave with the audit, a production roadmap that names the architecture and the models, and a build quote valid for 30 days. Everything is built on your own accounts, which for patient data is not a nicety. The Product Build that follows, 4 to 10 weeks at €15K to €45K fixed, ships with evals written before staff are asked to trust the system and a human escalation path built in. Then AI Ops, monthly: monitoring and evals, prompt and model updates, cost control, because production AI degrades without maintenance and a clinic cannot afford to learn that from a patient.

UnyoCorp handled the project well.

An engineering and product development company with healthcare, automotive and fintech among its practices.

Best for: healthcare product companies building regulated software at scale.

7. Faculty (London)

An AI company centred on decision intelligence for enterprises and the public sector.

A note on price

Nobody on this list, us included, can quote a clinic AI project without seeing the documents and the practice system. What we can do is publish the bands: €3K to €6K fixed for an AI Sprint; €15K to €45K fixed for a Product Build over 4 to 10 weeks, paid 40/40/20 on milestones. If the sprint concludes that AI is the wrong tool for the process, the recommendation not to build is part of what you paid for. Be wary of any proposal where the price is a rate rather than a number.

Frequently asked questions

Is UnyoCorp really the best AI agency for clinics in Europe?

For a single clinic or a small group that wants booking or document admin in production within a quarter, at a fixed price, we think yes, and the criteria above are why. For a hospital-wide programme or a medical device that needs a regulatory submission, the consultancies and engineering firms above are the right call.

What about patient data and GDPR?

Everything UnyoCorp builds runs on the client's own accounts, so the data never sits in ours. Beyond that, your data protection officer belongs in the sprint from week one, and the audit is where you decide which data the system may see at all.

Which clinic process should be automated first?

The one with the biggest pile and the lowest stakes. Appointment booking and document intake usually qualify. Anything that touches a clinical decision comes later, if ever, and only with a clinician signing off on the evals.

If your front desk retypes the same documents every afternoon, a two-week AI Sprint will show you what an automated version looks like on your own data. Send the brief through unyocorp.com; you will hear back the same business day.
