UnyoCorp is a software and game development studio focused on shipping fast, clean, and scalable products for startups and established brands. As a distributed company, UnyoCorp has delivered projects across more than 10 countries, including custom SaaS platforms, consent-driven systems, and Unity/WebGL brand activations. This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Tirana, Albania.
01 — Role Description
The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support UnyoCorp's web, mobile, and real-time applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CI pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system health, and optimizing performance across development, staging, and production environments. The role involves close collaboration with software developers, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes, improve tooling, and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to documentation, refine operational best practices, and help evolve the overall DevOps culture within the studio.
02 — Qualifications
- Strong System Administration and Linux skills for managing servers, containers, and production environments.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to define, automate, and version-control infrastructure.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and related automation for build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Solid Software Development fundamentals to create scripts, tools, and integrations that support DevOps workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure observability and rapid incident response.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
